Job summary

Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives for a Telco account in Cagayan de Oro City. You will assist customers with telecom services, answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide reliable support to ensure a positive experience.

This role is open to fresh graduates and those new to the BPO sector, with preference for applicants who have prior customer contact experience. Training is paid and performance-based incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate (K-12) is required.
• No prior BPO experience needed; applicants with customer contact experience are preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Customer-oriented, patient, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to undergo the recruitment and assessment process.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with billing, account updates, service concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information about plans, promotions, and available services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Meet quality standards, customer satisfaction goals, and productivity targets.
• Protect customer information and follow company policies and procedures.
