Job summary

Earn a base salary up to ₱23.2K with monthly incentives up to ₱55K and sign-on opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries, and using soft-selling techniques for products and services (Comcast account).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or SHS graduation required.
• Minimum 6 months cumulative BPO experience; Telco/Comcast experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work Full On-Site in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City.
• Flexible to work Night Shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Engage with customers using soft-selling and upselling techniques for products, subscriptions, and phone services (Comcast account).
• Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication on every interaction.
