Qualifications

Total Compensation & Perks

Base Pay Breakdown (Based on Experience):

• 6 to 23 Months BPO Experience:

  • ₱15,000 Basic Salary

  • ₱2,200 Non-Taxable Allowance

  • ₱3,000 Complexity Pay

  • + 20% Night Differential

• 24+ Months BPO Experience:

  • ₱17,000 Basic Salary

  • ₱2,200 Non-Taxable Allowance

  • ₱6,000 Complexity Pay

  • + 20% Night Differential

Bonuses & Performance Incentives:

• ₱2,000 Signing Bonus

• ₱10,000 90-Day Completion Bonus

What You Will Do

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) OR Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months cumulative BPO experience (Telco or Comcast experience is a strong advantage).

• For technical role considerations: International non-voice experience may be considered.

• Must be willing to work Full On-Site in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City.

• Must be flexible to work fixed Night Shifts.
