Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a TechOps Engineer to join the IT organization in Manila. The role focuses on delivering, operating, monitoring, and improving global IT infrastructure and platforms to ensure availability, security, and performance of both internal systems and customer-facing services.

The position is hybrid with two onsite days per week in Taguig. You will support 24x7 operations, manage data centres, networking, cloud hosting, storage, virtualization, containers, backups, and DR

Qualifications

• Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS
• Linux operating systems, build and configuration
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS in AWS)
• Backup solutions (Veeam experience preferred)
• Network experience (IPv4, DNS, DHCP, Firewalling)
