Job summary

Globe Group in Manila is seeking a capable professional to manage and service large-scale in-country data center infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts. You will act as Level 2 escalation, oversee incidents, and ensure ITIL compliance while coordinating with contractors.

You will understand building systems, document requests in the ticketing system, and plan preventive maintenance while supporting audits and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale in-country data center operations.
• Proven ability to maintain 24x7 operations with rotating shifts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of the operations in the data center.
• Act as Level 2 escalation point for onsite incidents with SLA adherence.
• Understand M&E, security, network and building systems in the DC.
• Document requests and incidents in the internal ticketing system.
• Implement best-in-class DC ops based on ITIL and industry practices.
• Ensure ITIL compliance for incident, problem and change management.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors and inspect works.
• Plan and support preventive and reactive maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Participate in audits and generate required reports.
