Job summary

Trends Group, Inc. in Makati seeks a Technology Engineer to implement, support and maintain compute IT infrastructure, including servers, storage and virtualization, with a focus on following maintenance procedures and assisting in documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement, support and maintain compute IT infrastructure as a generalist
• Install and configure new IT infra—servers, storage and related software (virtualization, backup)
• Perform IT infra maintenance and support including software tools and basic OS
• Follow maintenance procedures for assigned technologies
• Assist in documentation of activities performed
• Respond to high-priority issues on 24/7 rotation
• Possess travel willingness for local and international duties
• Understand customer objectives from infrastructure requirements
• Possess technical sales skills to help account management
