Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking a hands-on Onsite Support Engineer to deliver end-user, infrastructure, network, and data center support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will troubleshoot critical technology issues and support IT operations.

You will work onsite on a 24/7 rotating schedule, install and maintain devices using MDT, support servers and networks, and coordinate with vendors. A background in IT with ITIL/CompTIA CCNA certifications is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience in ITES/BPO environment preferred.
• Familiar with end-user, data center/hub room operations.
• ITIL, CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft certs are advantageous.
• Must be onsite with a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, service requests, and tickets within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, OS, MS Office, browsers.
• Install, configure, upgrade, relocate, and decommission end-user devices using MDT.
• Provide smart-hands support for servers, networks, infrastructure, and global IT teams.
• Maintain data center equipment like servers, network, and telecom gear.
• Perform server hardware upgrades (CPU, RAM, storage, HBAs, cabling).
• Support network port activation, rack, relocation, and cable management.
• Maintain CMDB and data center infrastructure records.
• Support infrastructure refreshes, migrations, deployments.
• Use Wireshark for network troubleshooting.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and vendor escalations per change/asset mgmt.
