Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Writing Coordinator in the Manila area to drive end-to-end content projects for global tech teams. You will oversee help center article creation, maintain editorial standards, and liaise with stakeholders to keep milestones on track.

As a daily client-facing anchor, you’ll guide technical writers, coordinate kickoff sessions, and ensure cross-functional alignment across editors, team leads, and content strategists.

Qualifications

• Two-year college completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, IT, Journalism, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting technology-focused customer service, help center, or technical support projects.
• At least 1 year of experience as a technical writer, copy editor, quality reviewer, or content project coordinator, with a proven ability to audit structured documents and writing guidelines.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), translation platforms, collaborative office suites (docs, spreadsheets, project trackers), automated staging setups and other AI-powered tools.
• High in English proficiency - Speaking and Writing.

Responsibilities
