Qualifications

Degree or equivalent experience in communications, English, IT, or journalism.
At least 1 year supporting technology-focused customer service or technical support projects.
At least 1 year as a technical writer, copy editor, or content project coordinator.
Proficiency with CMS, translation platforms, and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end technical writing projects for a global tech company.
Lead as a daily client-facing anchor guiding technical writers and coordinating milestones.
Coordinate kickoff sessions and ensure cross-functional alignment among teams.
Interpret complex scope for large launches and synthesize reader-friendly content.
