Scope of Responsibilities:

• Review design-generated spreadsheets and content matrices to identify opportunities for content reuse before staging assets in the system.
• Operate the CMS back end to create assets in bulk and complete the initial staging of placeholder text.
• Use data synchronization tools to accurately transfer content from spreadsheets into collaborative drafting documents.
• Publish initial staging assets, a mandatory prerequisite for the development team to begin the back-end build process.
• Manage technical localization parameters in the translation management system, applying required system overrides and routing tags.
• Submit drafted content for peer review, editorial quality assurance (QA), and service quality evaluation.
• Request clarification on product terminology from product stakeholders and subject matter experts through the ticketing system
• Troubleshoot failed bulk CMS imports by dividing import files into smaller batches and manually creating assets when necessary.
• Navigate and update technical matrices and large spreadsheets accurately.
• Verify approved requesters and identify the appropriate product launch coordinators using team directories.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail when performing repetitive technical tasks.
• Review project briefs upon assignment to ensure accurate staging.
• Participate in planning sessions and contribute to the development of plans and programs.
• Troubleshoot basic software import errors.

Who Thrives Here:

• At least one year of experience in data entry, content operations, or technical administration.
• Experience following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a high level of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) or database import processes.
• Experience writing for customer support interfaces, chatbots, or guided workflows is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with quality assurance (QA) teams and implementing editorial feedback.
• Completion of at least two years of college with no outstanding subjects.
• Strong command of grammar, style guidelines, and user experience (UX) writing principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate constructive feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of common technology devices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
