Qualifications

• Strong English communication (written, spoken, reading).
• Solid problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Fresh graduates welcome if they have strong fundamentals and willingness to learn.
• Experience with web hosting, domains, or DNS is a plus.
• Familiarity with cPanel, WHM, or WordPress is desirable.
• Previous technical support experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to domain names, DNS, web hosting, email configuration, and website issues.
• Troubleshoot issues across domain/DNS, hosting (cPanel), WordPress, SSL, and connectivity.
• Communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls; manage frustrated or non-technical users.
• Learn and apply new solutions independently; collaborate with internal teams as needed.
• Is able to grow into technical hosting and domain support roles over time.
