Job summary

Network Solutions is seeking candidates in Cebu City for a hands-on technical support role focusing on domain names, DNS, web hosting, and email configuration. You will troubleshoot issues, communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls, and learn continuously in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Fresh IT/CS/CE graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to grow into technical web hosting and domain support roles. A non-technical or scripted path is not offered.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication (spoken, written, reading).
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Fresh graduates in IT/CS/CE encouraged to apply with strong fundamentals.
Experience with web hosting, domains, or DNS is a plus.
Familiarity with cPanel/WHM/WordPress is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to domain names, DNS, web hosting, email configuration, and website issues.
Communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls.
Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (sysadmin, billing, abuse) as needed.
