Network Solutions is hiring for a non-typical customer support role that blends technical troubleshooting with sales. You will handle inbound contacts across sales, retention, and support, and perform outbound follow-ups during scheduled hours.

You'll assist customers with domains, DNS, web hosting, email configuration, and basic website issues, and you’ll need strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn continuously.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking.
• Sales aptitude with ability to upsell cross-sell products.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, technical, sales-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer contacts including sales, retention, troubleshooting, and cancellations.
• Make outbound follow-up calls during scheduled hours.
• Assist customers with domain names, DNS, web hosting, and email configuration.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products during interactions to grow revenue.
• Troubleshoot issues related to domains, DNS, web hosting (cPanel/servers), email setup, and WordPress.
