Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Technical Trainer to support a technology account in Clark, Pampanga. You will create, update, and deliver training materials, coach new hires, and ensure learners acquire technical and behavioral skills to succeed.

Responsibilities include conducting product, process, and tool-change trainings, tracking trainee performance, and providing timely coaching. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to address needs and drive training improvements onsite

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a trainer, preferably supporting a technology account.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
Willing to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
Strong coaching and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Create, facilitate, and update training materials and learning documents.
Facilitate new hire training, nesting, floor training, and BQM training.
Coach and monitor trainees throughout OJT, nesting, TQ, and evolution.
Conduct product, behavioral, process, and tool-change training sessions.
Track and report trainee performance and progression accurately.
Provide timely coaching and feedback to help trainees meet performance targets.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to address training needs and resolve issues.
Monitor new hire progression and recommend enhancement or intervention plans.
Identify opportunities for process and training improvements.
