Job summary

Negros Women For Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. is seeking an IT/Technical Support professional to manage and support a 100+ node network, including servers, desktops, and printers. The role requires a relevant IT degree, TESDA NC2 certification, and at least one year of hardware and peripherals tech support experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be willing to work flexible schedules. Knowledge of network security and firewall basics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required.
• Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, remote access setup and network administration for 100+ nodes.
• Ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols.
• Able to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communications skills.
• Willingness to work on flexible schedules.
• Diploma related to information and communications technology.
• 1 year experience in technical support for computer hardware and peripherals.
• TESDA NC2 (Computer Hardware Servicing) Certification.
• Experience as computer technician.
