Job summary

Negros Women For Tomorrow Foundation, Inc. is seeking a qualified IT support professional in the Philippines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, and hands-on experience with Windows servers, remote access, and network administration. The ideal candidate will hold TESDA NC2 (Computer Hardware Servicing), have at least 1 year of technical support experience, and be capable of negotiating hardware and software service contracts.

• Experience as computer technician.
• Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products and setting up remote access.

Job description

• Knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products, of setting up remote access for users, ability to administer a 100+ node network including firewalls, ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
• Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
• Satisfactory verbal and written communications skills.
