Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of any technical courses, preferably Computer Technology or related diploma.
Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally within Trades & Services or related industry.
Strong troubleshooting and methodical problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, able to explain complex concepts simply.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and provide clear explanations to customers of varying technical knowledge.
Document all interactions and resolutions in the tracking system.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams as needed.
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance for installation, configuration, and maintenance.
