Job summary

Our Clients is hiring a Technical Support Engineer in Makati to provide after-sales technical support and troubleshoot issues onsite, Monday to Friday in a dayshift setup.

In this role you will handle support tickets, ensure systems operate correctly, and guide customers through technical concerns with clear, accessible explanations. Licenses or relevant certifications are a plus; a driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in electrical systems or related fields.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Licensed Engineer or relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
• Driver's License is preferred.

Responsibilities
