Responsibilities
- Respond to web, email and phone support requests for external customers using IMDEX solutions in production environment.
- Escalate performance issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical issues and provide troubleshooting to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Officers in other regions to resolve global support cases.
- Meet defined service levels and response times; provide effective workarounds when needed.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
