Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist – Geoscience to support our clients from Ortigas, Pasig City. This onsite, shifting role focuses on onboarding, adoption, and proactive engagement across IMDEX SaaS platforms, with KPI-driven performance reviews and strong collaboration with product and support teams.

Qualifications

Experience in customer success and onboarding for SaaS platforms.
Ability to track KPIs like adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Experience onboarding clients onto SaaS platforms.
Ability to create and maintain help documentation.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Knowledge of IMDEX software platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly engagement reviews and highlight disengaged customers to managers.
Conduct customer onboarding sessions and ongoing training on IMDEX SaaS platforms.
Track key metrics (KPIs) such as adoption, satisfaction, and retention; report findings.
Onboard clients and educate them on product functionality and documentation.
Ensure customers are quickly integrated into the system and find value in the software.
Provide proactive support and gather feedback to improve processes.
