Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Support Representative for an onsite role in Ortigas, Pasig City with shifting hours. You will drive ongoing customer onboarding, engagement reviews, and KPI reporting to support client success and adoption of IMDEX software.

You will collaborate with the Support and Operations teams to resolve issues, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes proactive engagement and effective documentation for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding new clients to SaaS platforms.
• Ability to track and report on KPIs such as adoption and retention.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work across multiple functions to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

• Monthly engagement review highlighting disengaged customers to managers.
• Track and report KPIs related to customer success and adoption.
• Onboard clients to IMDEX SaaS platforms with proper geotechnical inputs as required.
• Educate customers on product functionality and provide relevant documentation.
