Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Ortigas, Pasig team onsite on a dayshift. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 across end users.

You will manage user accounts via Entra ID and assist with VPN, DNS, and network concerns. You will work with Intune-managed devices, SharePoint, and OneDrive, while documenting issues and contributing to IT improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or service desk role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) including user management
• Good understanding of networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests and provide timely assistance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Windows/M365)
• Manage IT requests through ticketing systems and prioritize issues
• Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and user accounts
• Support Intune-managed devices, SharePoint and OneDrive administration
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access via Entra ID
• Troubleshoot basic network issues including DNS/DHCP/VPN
• Provide remote support across multiple locations and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the IT knowledge base
• Assist with MFA, VPN security monitoring, and cybersecurity tasks
• Collaborate with IT team on continuous improvement initiatives
