Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Ortigas, Pasig team onsite during dayshift. You will be the first point of contact for end users, diagnosing and resolving Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, managing tickets, and supporting onboarding and offboarding across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IT helpdesk, strong AD/Entra ID and networking skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of IT helpdesk or service desk experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID and user management.
• Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT requests via ticketing systems and prioritize issues.
• Set up and configure computers, devices, and user accounts.
• Support 365 apps, Intune-managed devices, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage user accounts and access via Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity including DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Provide remote support across multiple locations.
