Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Officer (Helpdesk) in Ortigas, Pasig, onsite with dayshift. The role handles initial IT support, ticketing, and user onboarding/offboarding across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a business IT environment, strong Windows/M365 skills, and a customer-focused approach. Expect collaboration, ongoing learning, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT helpdesk/service desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID (Azure AD) and user management.
• Good networking understanding: DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented.
• Autonomous work style with prioritization in a fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT support requests and assist end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage IT tickets and prioritize according to impact.
• Set up computers, mobiles, peripherals, and user accounts.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and Intune-managed devices.
• Manage user accounts and access via directory services.
• Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP/VPN network issues.
• Provide remote user support across multiple locations.
• Escalate complex issues with clear information to Senior System Admin.
• Maintain helpdesk, asset, license, and user records; contribute to knowledge base.
• Follow IT security policies, MFA, VPN, and security monitoring.
