MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our onsite team. You will manage client onboarding, engagement reviews, and ongoing success initiatives for IMDEX platforms, focusing on adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Track KPIs related to customer success, such as product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
• Onboard clients onto IMDEX SaaS platforms, working with TSRs on geotechnical inputs as required.
• Educate customers on product functionality and refer to relevant documentation and support portals.
• Conduct regular client catch-up sessions to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
• Identify disengaged customers and implement re-engagement sessions and onboarding as needed.
