Teamified seeks a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will provide timely and effective technical assistance to clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth resolution of technical concerns.

Responsibilities include handling client support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases as needed. On-site work is required at Quezon Avenue, QC.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a technical support representative.
• Ability to function as the highest point of service escalation.
• Familiarity with contactless payments (ATMs and Cash Express machines).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades
