Job summary

IONOS Philippines, located in Cebu, is seeking a Technical Support Representative to help creators and local businesses succeed online. You will troubleshoot website hosting issues, assist customers, and contribute to sales through excellent service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of college, some sales/customer service experience, and strong English communication. We offer competitive pay, bonuses, generous PTO, health and life insurance from day 1, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course.
At least 6 months sales/customer service experience is an advantage.
Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting and Wordpress is an advantage.
Content Management System is an advantage.
Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Excellent English Communication Skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances.
Highly Motivated and Target Driven.
Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities
