Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Technical Support specialist with 1 year of experience to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat, diagnose and resolve issues, and document incidents and solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or related field, has strong hardware and software knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
