iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a Technical Service Officer to join our team onsite in Tacloban. You will support the office with hardware, software, and systems maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help keep devices running smoothly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics Engineering or CS; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–3 years in technical support or similar role preferred but not required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, networking).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts plainly.
• Experience or knowledge of Canon or Epson products; IT certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Technical Service Officer to join our dynamic team onsite. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our internal office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s systems, hardware, and software. Your expertise will be key in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining equipment, and offering solutions to enhance productivity.

While the position is primarily focused on supporting the office team, there may be occasional opportunities to assist clients directly. This role requires a mix of technical skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and simple manner.
