iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is seeking a Technical Service Officer to join our team onsite in Tacloban. You will support the office with hardware, software, and systems maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and help keep devices running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics Engineering or CS; fresh graduates welcome.
• 1–3 years in technical support or similar role preferred but not required.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware and software (desktops, laptops, printers, networking).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts plainly.
• Experience or knowledge of Canon or Epson products; IT certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to internal staff for hardware, software and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and office equipment.
• Assist with installation, configuration and setup of company systems and devices.
• Perform routine maintenance on office equipment and keep records of support requests.
• Train staff on best practices for using office technology and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems affecting operations.
• Document resolutions and customer feedback clearly.
• Occasionally provide technical support to external clients per company protocols.
• Stay updated on latest technologies to improve support quality.
• Communicate effectively to non-technical audiences.
