- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain and update software applications, operating systems, and security tools.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and other systems.
- Respond to and resolve IT support concerns.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and processes.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees (equipment setup, account creation).
- Monitor system performance and security alerts and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects, upgrades, or deployments.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig
