Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, printer, and other IT-related concerns, including troubleshooting and issue resolution or escalation when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, software applications, user accounts, passwords, and access rights in accordance with company IT policies.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, backups, updates, and IT infrastructure to ensure system security, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT accounts, equipment, system access, and retrieval of company assets.
• Maintain and monitor IT asset inventory, including computers, peripherals, software licenses, network devices, and other company-owned equipment.
• Process and document asset issuance, transfer, return, and accountability to ensure accurate asset tracking and control.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and reconciliation of company assets, including IT equipment, furniture, and fixed assets, and report discrepancies or damages.
• Monitor asset condition, preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, warranties, and servicing to ensure operational readiness and asset longevity.
• Monitor office CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security-related technologies to support workplace safety and security compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of technical support activities, asset management transactions, maintenance logs, and compliance with company IT and asset management policies.
