Qualifikationen

• Must have a civil or mining engineering degree.
• 3–5 years of construction or related industry experience.
• Experience in a multinational company is advantageous.

• Resolve customer complaints to maintain relationships and minimize risk to the company.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on developments to enhance account management.
• Stay informed on industry developments and new products; monitor competitor activity.
• Maintain professional account and territory management practices, including monthly reports, calibration schedules, customer details, project lists, and customer business plans.

2. 2. Develop customer relationships and service (on-site and in office) to ensure customer base is maintained.
3. 3. Provide technical information and on-site technical support for distributor and end users.

5. 5. Meet specific targets on specific initiatives as agreed with management.
6. 6. Utilization of available equipment, literature, and related sales aids in relation to seminars, oral & written presentation, meetings etc. to maximize business exposure.

9. 9. Resolve customer complaints to ensure relationships are maintained as appropriate and risk/loss to the company is minimized.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering.

Work Experience:

• With at least three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in construction or related industries.
• Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
