B. Braun in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, schedule Technical Service Executives, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, while overseeing preventive maintenance planning, customer updates, and satisfaction monitoring. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/ business field.
• 2–5 years in service coordination or customer support.
• Experience with medical devices or healthcare tech is a plus.
• Strong organization and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technical service visits, installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs; dispatch TSEs based on skills, location, and workload.
• Receive and manage inquiries; provide updates on service schedules and progress; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and work orders in ServiceMax; track requests from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics; assist with installation planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Technical Services teams; support quotations, contracts, and customer training activities.
