Job summary

Best Drive International Inc. is seeking a Technical Coordinator to streamline service scheduling, prepare job orders, and manage inventory. You will act as a key liaison between the Technical Department and Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Administration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of coordination experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and excellent organizational capability. This position is on site in Laguna, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical coordination or related roles is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair, installation, preventive maintenance, and service schedules between customers, office, and technicians.
• Assign and monitor daily service schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate schedule updates and customer requirements to technicians.
• Follow up on pending service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, process, and monitor Job Orders for all technical service activities.
• Maintain organized records of all service documents and inventory levels.
