Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical service visits, installations, maintenance, and repairs; dispatch technicians.
• Receive inquiries, provide updates, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, reports, and work orders in ServiceMax.
• Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics; support installation planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Technical Services on quotes, contracts, and training.
