As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will manage customer service requests, schedule and dispatch Technical Service Executives (TSEs), and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, technical service personnel, and internal departments, while also overseeing preventive maintenance planning, customer updates, and satisfaction monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination — Schedule technical service visits, installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs; dispatch TSEs based on skills, location, and workload.
Customer Support — Receive and manage inquiries; provide updates on service schedules and progress; follow up to ensure satisfaction and escalates complex issues when needed.
Documentation — Maintain accurate service records, reports, and work orders in ServiceMax; track requests from initiation to closure.
Operations Support — Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics; assist with installation planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Technical Services teams; support quotations, contracts, and customer training activities.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or related field (technical diploma may be considered).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or field service management.
Experience in medical devices, laboratory equipment, healthcare technology, IT services, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management systems (CRM, ERP, ServiceMax).
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
