Job summary

B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Technical Service Executive to ensure optimal performance of dialysis machines and related systems. You will install, calibrate, and maintain equipment while training staff and documenting activities for quality and compliance.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide on-site and remote support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service excellence. Travel to client sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience servicing medical equipment; dialysis/renal care is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and inspect medical equipment per standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and document interactions.
• Deliver training to biomedical engineers and clinical staff.
• Maintain service records in ServiceMax and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
