Job summary

HS Hiring Solutions Inc. seeks a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to identify and develop new opportunities for coding and marking printers (CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, TTO, etc.).

You will build relationships with manufacturers, packaging companies, and industrial clients; deliver product demonstrations; and drive sales targets through strategic selling and solid customer engagement. Willing to do field work and speak with stakeholders from frontline to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Preferably technical sales background but not required.
• Strong passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to do field work and travel as needed.

Technical Consultation & Support

• Understand customer needs and recommend the best printer solutions based on their industry and production setup.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless integration of printers into customer operations.
• Troubleshoot minor printer issues and coordinate with service technicians for more complex problems.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and technical inquiries.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years B2B Sales experience
• Preferably with experience in technical sales, but not required
• Strong passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to do field work.
• Comfortable speaking with people across all levels - from frontline staff to decision-makers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage confidently with clients, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
