- Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
Preventive maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
Client Demo and assistance
- Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.Technical reporting
- Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.
Qualifications
Technical background
- Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
Relevant field experience
- Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
Strong diagnostic skills
- Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
Willingness to travel
- Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits across various locations.
Independence and communication
- Can work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
