Key Responsibilities

• On-site installation and servicing – Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution – Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
• Preventive maintenance – Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
• Client Demo and assistance – Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.
• Technical reporting – Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.

Job Qualifications

• Technical background – Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
• Relevant field experience – Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills – Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
• Willingness to travel – Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits across various locations.
• Independence and communication – Can work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
