Job Description

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities through networks, researching and prospecting potential clients, generating leads through cold calls, and attending industry-related events.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand customer lighting and electrical requirements, and provide technical expertise on our products to provide solutions to their specific needs.
• Present, demonstrate, and conduct product presentations to clients (individual or group), highlighting key features and benefits and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team, R&D, and technical team to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and product solutions to the customer’s needs and requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support such as service assistance and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through account management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
