Job summary

Ideal Home Design International Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive/Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals.

The role involves assisting walk-in clients, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products while coordinating with internal teams for timely project delivery. You will maintain client relationships, gather feedback, and actively prospect new opportunities to meet sales

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in clients and promptly address requests, while maintaining and acquiring new clients/accounts.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that fit requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and suggest suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with Project Team and other departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Update the Project team tracker daily to guide designers.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Gather client feedback to support improvement plans.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and information.
• Identify product improvements or new opportunities by staying on market trends.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Stay updated on professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Demonstrate strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Drive prospecting activities to meet sales goals.
• Maintain high energy levels and independence in work.
