Ideal Home Design International Inc. is hiring a Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant to support Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams.

You will drive revenue and build strong brand awareness through effective campaigns and accurate information delivery. Responsibilities include handling orders from field sales, partners, and franchisees; preparing proposals; coordinating shipping; maintaining catalogs and online marketplaces; and compiling reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce Customer Service.
• Knowledgeable in social media and E-commerce Platforms.
• Experience in handling online queries and email messages.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects while multitasking.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills and relationship-building.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem solving and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
• Willing to travel within the Philippines and be assigned to any branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and develop strong brand awareness and successful marketing campaigns.
• Provide timely responses with accurate information via phone, messages, and email.
• Handle orders from field sales, partners/dealers, and franchisees.
• Provide proposals to retail orders and route to proper internal departments.
• Assist in shipping arrangements.
• Assist walk-ins of Tenbuild clients, inquiries, after-sales, and returns within warranty.
• Manage catalog, website, Lazada, and Shopee (price and inventory updates, uploading new stocks, platform maintenance).
• Maintain health scorecards in Lazada and Shopee.
• Serve as a point of contact between online clients and internal departments.
• Engage with clients and build positive relationships.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and track online marketing trends.
• Prepare data for Monthly Business Review with Sales and other channels.
• Follow Customer and Internal SOPs; maintain client records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Attend meetings and training; prepare Daily Cash In reports.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.
