Job summary

Industrial Controls Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in the Philippines to sell products, maintain client relationships, prospect new customers, and prepare quotations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 1 year of technical selling experience with valves, actuators, controls & field instruments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, and presentation skills.
• Must know how to drive and have a valid driver's license.
• Open to reporting to work every Monday at ICON head office.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and meet customer needs while serving customers.
• Maintain existing accounts and build relationships with clients.
• Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients.
• Prospect new clients and set meetings with newly contacted prospects.
• Prepare bid quotations/proposals and submit formal quotations.
• Coordinate pre-sales through after-sales activities with engineering, services, and application teams.
• Provide status updates on ongoing and future projects.
• Keep management informed with activity reports and work plans.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems with the engineering team.

• Maintain proper coordination of pre-sales activities up to after sales activities with the engineering and services and application team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With Bachelor's degree in Engineering field is required (No degree in engineering with related experience is good also but for Sales Associate position)
• Must have at least 1 year technical selling experience with valves, actuators, controls & field instruments.
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, sales, and presentation skills
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license.
• Open to report to work every Monday at ICON head office.
