Job summary

ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead technical recruiting initiatives. You will build pipelines, screen engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals, and partner with hiring managers to align workforce needs with business goals.

You'll manage sourcing strategies across channels, promote the employer brand, and report recruiting metrics while delivering results within tight timelines onsite in Cebu City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience filling software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Solid knowledge of a range of technical fields (software development, data science, cybersecurity).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience with multiple sourcing strategies and portals (LinkedIn, Boolean search).
• Attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in creating reports and using MS Office.
• Willing to work onsite, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding endorsement.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates on technical abilities and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across technical functions.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments, interviews, and hiring discussions.
• Promote the organization's employer brand and maintain candidate engagement.
• Build relationships with active and passive candidates to sustain a talent network.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide progress reports.
• Uphold company values and serve as a role model for the team.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs.
