Job summary

Workscale Resources Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter for IT and technical positions, located on-site in Quezon City.

The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to endorsement of qualified candidates, in partnership with hiring managers and clients to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of recruitment experience, especially with technical profiles, strong communication, and solid understanding of IT roles and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to technical, IT, digital, BPO, outsourcing, RPO, or specialized recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates for IT or technical roles.
• Good understanding of basic technical terms, IT roles, software development positions, and technical skill requirements.
• Strong communication and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers and clients to meet hiring requirements.
• The Technical Recruiter utilizes various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent. Additionally, the role ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains recruitment databases, monitors hiring metrics, and supports continuous improvement of recruitment processes to achieve organizational hiring goals.
