Job summary

ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a technical recruiting specialist to identify, engage, and hire software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals onsite. You will manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and sourcing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2 years of experience in technical recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Solid knowledge of software development, data science, cybersecurity, or related technical fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive timelines.
• Experience across multiple sourcing strategies and portals (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, etc.).
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in creating reports and MS Office.
• Willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays) and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent across various channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from requisition and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding endorsement
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates on their technical abilities, relevant experience and organizational culture fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical functions.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments, interviews, and hiring discussions with stakeholders.
• Promote the organization's employer brand and maintain a high level of candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, creating a sustainable talent network.
• Proficiency in various technical fields such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics and provide frequent progress reports.
• Uphold company mission, policies and procedures and serve as role model to team members by modeling the company’s values of honesty, trustworthiness, truthfulness, and respect in all actions.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support departmental needs and functions.
