About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Cebu City. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and connecting qualified IT professionals with career opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT and technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Conduct phone and online interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and manage an active candidate pipeline.
• Post and manage job vacancies across various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Meet recruitment targets and hiring requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in IT/Tech Recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
