Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions in Clark, Philippines is seeking an IT Recruiter to partner with clients in identifying and hiring top technology talent across the Philippines. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for varied IT roles, delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, and driving KPI targets in a fast-paced RPO environment.

The role is 100% on-site in Clark, Philippines, requiring collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders within a dynamic office

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience, with 1–2 years in IT/technical recruiting.
Experience in RPO, staffing agency, BPO, or corporate TA environments.
Strong understanding of IT roles including Software Developers/Engineers, Analysts, Project Managers, Cybersecurity, Data/IT Ops.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technology positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and profiles.
Source candidates via job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and fit.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and teams.
Maintain talent pipelines and provide market insights to clients.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and data accuracy in ATS.
Meet KPIs like time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
